Baked the banana bread again with another recipe from Entertaining with Beth (link). I chopped the dark chocolate bar and mixed them with the cake batter. The taste was quite bitter, I still prefer my first banana bread version (link). Well, cooking or baking always trial and error … Improvements made better!

Made a nutella bread puddings on Friday and put it to fridge overnight for baking on Saturday morning breakfast. I used the recipe from Steamy Kitchen (link) and the taste was really good ! Will make it again when I am craving for bread pudding. The ingredients included croissants, cream, sugar, nutella, eggs and vanilla extracts. I also added some raisins, chocolate chips and walnuts. All our family love it !
After finished the baking of chocolate souffle, we also roasted a chicken for dinner. I used the easy recipe from laura in the kitchen (link here). The ingredients also simple which included onions, potatoes, garlic, lemon and of course the chicken. The seasoning will be black peppers, salts, butter and rosemary. The chicken smell so nice while roasting in the oven ~
